Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with Commercial Sales and Success to deliver technical presentations explaining ClickUp products and integrations to prospective and current clients; resolve technical issues, facilitate data migrations, implement custom solutions using automations; design, develop, deploy and handle customer-specific PoC projects; build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients' management teams; assist with functional and technical elements of RFPs; stay current on feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer facing role with technology (pre-sales preferred, or equivalent consulting/implementation/sales enablement)
- 2+ years demonstrable success working with commercial clients
- Bachelor of Science in a technical field or completion of 4-year degree
- Preferred certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.)
