Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with Commercial Sales and Success to deliver technical presentations, resolve technical issues, facilitate data migrations, and implement custom solutions using automations. You will design, develop, deploy and manage customer-specific PoC projects, build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients' management teams, assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs, and stay current on feature releases with updated demo spaces for sales. Required: 5+ years in a customer-facing technology role; 2+ years working with commercial clients; BS in a technical field (4-year degree) preferred; certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) preferred. Strong communication skills to influence technical and executive audiences, plus hands-on experience with integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs. Remote-friendly with #LI-Remote and USA-based role hints.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer facing role with technology
- 2+ years demonstrable success working with commercial clients
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or completion of a 4-year degree)
