Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer at Keyfactor, US remote with CST/EST preference, leading technical discussions with key clients, driving solution development for major accounts across industries, and mentoring junior engineers. Collaborates cross-functionally with product management and engineering to align customer requirements with product capabilities, stays ahead on industry trends, and acts as a trusted technical advisor to deliver value-added solutions. Travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members
- Ability to independently drive large customer meetings (onsite and virtual) to develop and document a recommended architecture and deployment roadmap
- Experience with enterprise software, identity, and security solutions
- Networking fundamentals (Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, Digital Certificates, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud)
- Security certifications (CISSP etc.) a plus
