Senior Solutions Engineer, Bilingual (En, Fr)

Job Summary
Lead technical pre-sales engagements across Quebec and European territories, conducting demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept deployments to drive new business and expansion. Perform technical discovery to assess prospect environments, identify gaps, and define success criteria that guide proposal design. Maintain market awareness of AI, DSPM, and data security to articulate business impact to executive stakeholders, while enabling partners on Qohash solutions to accelerate revenue through co-sell motions. Collaborate cross-functionally on RFP responses and strategic expansion, developing technical narratives tailored to regulatory contexts in Quebec and Europe. Handle technical objections with credibility and channel product feedback internally. Travel regularly for in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Fluently bilingual in English and French; currently reside in Montreal or Quebec City.
Required Qualifications
- Fluently Bilingual (English and French)
- The successful candidate will currently reside in the vicinity of Montreal or Quebec City (QC)
- 5-7 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent technical pre-sales role, with demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise evaluations independently
- 3+ years managing complex technical engagements or proof-of-concept deployments, including navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Experience working with or positioning AI-powered products, including the ability to explain model outputs, limitations, and value in a clear, customer-centric way
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- A working proficiency in English is required for this position based on the company's operational requirements
Desired Qualifications

- Additional European language proficiency (German, Spanish, Swedish, Polish) is an asset for the European territory
- Ability to develop technical documentation and customer-facing assets
- Certifications in relevant technologies and fields (e.g., CCSP, CompTIA, CISM, AWS, Azure)
