Job Summary
Provide Customer Support with potential solutions and support Sales with estimated compressor performance and system solutions. Analyze, develop, and implement solutions while engaging with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers as required. Support design reviews, product development, and the field support team by providing analysis and input for workarounds. Research and recommend new technologies, product enhancements, and new approaches to the engineering team. This role involves answering specific questions and resolving customer issues using internal and external resources. With $5B in global revenue, Copeland is a leading provider of compression products and HVACR solutions focused on sustainability and cold chain management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience in related subject matters
- Laboratory and experience in compressor and system design and testing
- Strong Technical and analytical skills
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in an environment of teams
- Work Authorization: legally authorized to work in the United States
