Job Summary
Act as the key point of contact for clients, supporting their specific business goals and technical requirements related to improving training data needs for machine learning. Design and implement viable, scalable data acquisition and annotation workflows while responding to customer RFPs, RFIs, and requests for innovative solutions. Present compelling solutions to enterprise clients and develop complex business cases to enable lasting change and strategic improvements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, sales, and technical groups to ensure seamless solution development and delivery across the APAC region. Participate in industry events and conferences to demonstrate thought leadership and monitor key customer industries for emerging developments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong experience from a role related to solution architecture or similar combined with experience, with at least 2 years focused on pre-sales solutioning
- Great communication skills, fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to establish and to keep long-lasting relationships with business partners, both internal and external
- Strategic thinking, business oriented, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong data analysis skills: proficient in Excel (such as pivot tables VLOOKUP, Outlook, PowerPoint) have experience in using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools for data querying, cleaning, visualization, and analysis
- Ability to translate business issues into data analysis requirements
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while working under pressure
- Business oriented minset with positive personality
- Interest in AI
Desired Qualifications
- Data service experience is highly preferred
