Job Summary
Senior Solutions Consultant at Braze responsible for leading complex pre-sales opportunities, delivering tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep-dives, and validating solutions through technical assessments. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, and Services teams to address customer requirements, design validations, and ensure clean handoffs to post-sales. Mentor other Solutions Consultants, stay current with Braze capabilities (including BrazeAI features), and help customers adopt new capabilities in their data, channels, and operating model. Travel up to 50% at peak times; role based in the New York City office with enterprise customers and cross-functional collaboration to drive outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts with sophisticated evaluation processes
- Domain knowledge in AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Analytics, Data and Architecture, Security and Compliance, or Programming (including HTML)
- Mentorship or leadership interest within a consulting/sales enablement context
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Based in or willing to work from New York City office
