Job Summary
Senior Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems in the Banking/Financial Services domain. Lead the creation and execution of sales visions for mission-critical systems with Tier 1 banks, translating business problems into impactful demonstrations and articulating the value of the Pega platform. Build and nurture technical relationships to become a trusted advisor, enabling customers and partners to champion Pega’s value. Requires enterprise technical sales experience (5–10 years), strong pre-sales/consulting or enablement background, and a growth mindset. Must be a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and capable of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne) with a focus on Banking/Financial Services, offering a collaborative, learning-oriented, and inclusive work culture.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Technical Sales experience
- 5-10 years in enterprise technical sales or related space
- experience in pre-sales/consulting/enablement or software development
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ability to translate business problems into technical demonstrations
- familiarity with AI and its role in enterprise solutions
