Job Summary
Join the growing Solutions Consulting team as a Senior Solutions Consultant, working alongside the Federal sales team to solve real-world cybersecurity challenges for Federal, Military, and Civilian agency customers. Responsibilities include maintaining expert technical knowledge of Immersive's Cyber Workforce Resilience Platform, defining customer technical requirements, engaging C-level executives and technical professionals, providing solution demonstrations, and partnering with Sales to execute strategies for technical wins. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in IT fundamentals, and a solid understanding of information security concepts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years work experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, information technology, or cybersecurity
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals (computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development)
- Knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards
- Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), public cloud environments
- Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a quota carrying role selling to Federal customers, civilian agencies and/or military branches
- Active security clearance is a plus but not required
