Job Summary
Senior Solutions Consultant for the CXO portfolio focused on strategic customer engagement and technical leadership in Adobe’s CXO offerings across Switzerland and Eastern Europe. You drive discovery sessions, workshops, and executive engagements; design and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of value; and act as a thought leader to elevate solution quality. You collaborate with Sales and cross‐portfolio teams to translate field insight into aligned execution, and you guide customers through AI-driven demos and value realization, communicating a clear point of view from practitioner conversations to C‐suite discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Solution Consulting or a comparable pre sales role
- strong experience in enterprise SaaS and digital marketing technologies
- ability to design and deliver AI driven demos
- ability to challenge constructively and set clear expectations
- ability to connect customer challenges to measurable business outcomes
- strong discovery skills and executive level storytelling
- track record of winning complex enterprise deals and building long term trusted customer relationships
- confidence and stage presence with experience presenting to executives
- strong sales instinct and ability to link innovation to pipeline value
- highly collaborative mindset across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- familiarity with the Central European enterprise landscape and CHEE customer expectations
- fluency in English and French/German
