Job Summary
Senior Solutions Consultant at Choco leads the technical pre-sales journey for US Sales, designing and delivering scalable solutions that optimize ERP integrations, catalog management, pricing automation, API connectivity, and data workflows. Partner with account executives to qualify and shape complex opportunities, manage procurement processes (RFPs/RFIs, security questionnaires, compliance reviews), and ensure successful handovers to implementation and customer success. Develop reusable assets, templates, and best practices for the solutions consulting function. Requires 5+ years in a similar role within B2B SaaS, strong discovery and stakeholder management, and experience with integrations/APIs/ERP systems. Hybrid work model with 3 days in the Chicago office and two days remote.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS
- experience with integrations, APIs, ERP systems
- ability to lead discovery and ROI conversations with technical and non-technical audiences
- strong consultative discovery and stakeholder management skills
- ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions
