Job Summary
Senior Solutions Architect—Presales focus for enterprise networking automation. Design solutions leveraging the Gluware platform integrated with ITSM/CMDB/IPAM/CI/CD, develop and deliver PoCs and automated demonstrations, and create technical collateral. Lead end-to-end PoCs, build custom automations, and present to both engineering and business stakeholders. Act as a trusted automation advisor, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Service Delivery, Sales, Customer Success), and stay current on market technologies including cloud, AI automation, and automation tooling. Travel up to 30%.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise network architectures, products, and configurations
- 3+ years of customer-facing presales experience
- Expertise in CLI configurations, regular expressions, and JavaScript or Python scripting
- Experience with ITSM platforms (particularly ServiceNow) and enterprise CMDB solutions
- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and data modeling using JSON, YANG, YAML, or XML
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Familiarity with Linux administration
- Working knowledge of public and hybrid cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP
- Working knowledge of leading virtualization and container solutions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, information systems, engineering, or equivalent work experience
Additional Requirements
- Travel up to 30% for domestic and international travel for customer engagements and industry events.
