Job Summary
Senior Solutions Architect for Gen AI focusing on end-to-end LLM, Agentic and RAG workflows. Architect and deliver generative AI solutions, collaborate with customers to understand language-related business challenges, and support pre-sales with technical demonstrations of LLM and RAG capabilities. Lead workshops to define and refine generative AI solutions, train and optimize LLMs on NVIDIA hardware/software, and design RAG-based workflows to enhance content generation and information retrieval. Work with customers to integrate RAG workflows into applications, stay current with advances in language models and generative AI, and provide technical leadership on best practices for training LLMs and implementing RAG-based solutions.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech, Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in generative AI, with emphasis on training Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proven track record deploying and optimizing LLM models for production inference
- Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience with GPU-focused deployment and optimization, GPUs
- Knowledge of GPU cluster architecture, parallel computing, and distributed computing concepts
- Experience leading workshops and presenting technical solutions
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for scalable deployments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
