Job Summary
You will onboard customers to the suite of models, providing guidance on prompting strategies and evaluations, working alongside Sales and Business Development on complex projects that impact business outcomes, acting as a central hub for customer insights, creating technical resources for sales, and translating technical feedback into actionable product insights. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of generative AI, experience in customer-facing roles, proficiency in Python, and excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of generative AI
- Hands-on experience serving generative deep learning models in production settings
- Direct work experience with customers
- Proficiency in Python and understanding of API integrations
- Experience explaining sophisticated technical concepts to technical and business audiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messages for varying audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience finetuning diffusion models
- Working with customization tools like ComfyUI
- Proven track record in solutions engineering on large and complex enterprise deals
- Experience architecting solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Contributing to open-source projects in the diffusion model space
- Deploying models on cloud platforms using state-of-the-art serving infrastructure
