Job Summary
Senior Solutions Account Executive responsible for qualifying inbound leads (mid-size to large), leading intro calls and workshops, preparing and presenting Odoo ERP demos, guiding customers from first inquiry through concept phases to contract, moderating workshops (requirements analyses & scoping), designing and delivering tailored pitches and presentations, and coordinating both remote meetings and on-site customer visits. Supports and mentors Solutions Juniors; collaborates with a cross-functional team to drive enterprise software sales and deliver end-to-end customer value, combining strong consulting, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
- 4+ Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Enterprise-Software-Umfeld
- Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise & „Macher“-Mentalität
- Hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Sehr starke Kommunikations- & Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Teamplayer mit aktivem Netzwerk und Freude an Innovation
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Deutsch & Englisch
