Job Summary
Senior Solution Sales Executive oversees the market success of Moveworks AI products built on ServiceNow’s platform. Responsibilities include supporting territory strategy and account planning, interlocking with specialists on capability roadmaps, coaching AEs/ADRs/ACE on specialty solution opportunities, customizing time allocation to territory needs, and championing diversity and belonging within an open, inclusive environment. The role requires leveraging AI to improve work processes, driving digital transformation, and collaboration with customers, partners, and the account team to envision and realize customer value. Travel 30-50% and experience in ROI for specialty solution areas are key. The position is remote in Berlin, Germany with the broader ServiceNow ecosystem and distributed workforce in mind.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI in work processes or automation
- 7+ years ROI knowledge for specialty solutions area
- Experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
- Travel 30-50%
