Job Summary
Senior Solution Sales Manager responsible for the market success of ServiceNow's Core Business Solutions portfolio (HR workflow, Procurement workflow, Finance Work Flow, Legal contract management workflow) built on the Service Management platform. Key duties include supporting territory strategy and account planning, coaching AEs/ADRs/ACE to identify specialty solution opportunities, aligning recommendations with Now Value principles, partnering with customers and the account team to envision value from digital transformation, and adapting time allocation to territory needs. Requires experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making, selling ERP/HCM/Procurement, and 10+ years in AE or similar roles; travel 30-50% and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
