Job Summary
Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive strategic sales across Large Enterprise accounts in the South region for the SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) suite. Lead sales cycles from prospecting to close, drive demand generation and pipeline development, and engage in enterprise architecture, process intelligence, and transformation program discussions with customer stakeholders. Craft compelling opportunity plans and value narratives to expand SAP BTM footprint, collaborate with SAP account teams and partners to deliver integrated customer experiences, and forecast revenue with accurate pipeline hygiene. Requires 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, success selling BPM/process mining/enterprise architecture/transformation solutions, and strong ability to influence at the C-suite level. Knowledge of consumer/retail industries and proficiency in building value-based proposals and managing complex negotiations are valued; hybrid work model in the US is indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven success selling business process management, process mining, enterprise architecture, or transformation solutions
- Ability to build trust and influence at the C-suite level (CIOs, CTOs, COOs, heads of transformation or enterprise architecture)
- Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder, high-complexity sales cycles and driving strategic outcomes
- Skilled in direct and partner-led sales motions
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
