Job Summary
Senior Solution Sales Executive focused on AI, Data & Analytics to drive enterprise value. Responsibilities include: developing and executing an AI/Analytics sales strategy within the territory, engaging C-suite stakeholders (CDOs, CIOs, CTOs) in discovery and value-based discussions, collaborating with solution consultants to deliver demonstrations and tailored roadmaps, acting as a trusted advisor on data strategy, and leading end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closure. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, thought leadership at customer/partner events, and regional travel to engage customers and partners. Required skills include enterprise sales experience (8+ years preferred), deep understanding of data platforms and AI/ML concepts, strong communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to translate technical concepts into measurable business value. Fluency in English and Finnish is noted; travel up to 40–50% is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 40–50%
- Experience in enterprise software or platform sales, ideally in data, analytics, cloud, or AI-driven solutions
- Strong engagement with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Proven solution selling and collaboration skills
