Job Summary
Lead PreSales engagements by acting as a central player from early discovery through long-term adoption, building relationships with strategic enterprise customers across High-Tech, Energy, Telecom, Financial Services, and the Public Sector. Translate unique customer requirements into tailored solution architectures that incorporate Neo4j's graph technology, guiding stakeholders through the sales cycle. Partner with Account Executives to communicate technical and business impact, ensuring strong alignment and smooth integration into customer environments. Design and present prototypes demonstrating technical feasibility and business value while providing architectural recommendations aligned with customer strategies. Fluently communicate in Dutch and English (Swedish required) to support these engagements within the Benelux region.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years in PreSales / Solutions Engineering or Professional Services
- ideally with enterprise customers in High-Tech, Energy, Telecom, Financial Services, or Public Sector
- Strong understanding of database platforms, particularly NoSQL
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective solution architectures
- Familiarity with a programming or scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Proven experience guiding technical teams through complex, consultative engagements
- Strong desire to learn and quickly adopt emerging technologies
- Passion for tackling complex technical challenges with innovative solutions
- Ability to lead technical workshops and small-group sessions
- Comfortable managing the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles
- Willing to travel within Benelux
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Fluent on Swedish
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with graph technologies (Neo4j, Cypher, GDS, GraphQL)
- Knowledge of GenAI, LLM architectures, RAG, or Agentic AI frameworks
- Experience with vector search, embeddings, or semantic retrieval
- Background in graph data science, network analysis, or ML pipelines
- ETL, data integration, or data virtualization expertise
- Familiarity with complex enterprise IT environments
- French is a plus
