Job Summary
Senior Solution Engineer responsible for Korea-based Enterprise accounts in financial services and commercial sectors. Partner with Account Executive to drive Snowflake AI Data Cloud adoption, expand workloads, and enable growth across lines of business. Design and deliver optimized demos and POCs for customer architectures and use cases, define success criteria, and co-create joint delivery plans to minimize decision risk. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Partners (SI, ISV, cloud partners) to drive customer success; translate technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI for executive stakeholders. Represent Snowflake in customer workshops, executive briefings, and industry events; produce technical content such as reference architectures, playbooks, and demos to support market expansion in financial services and commercial segments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of customer-facing solution engineering experience
- High understanding of Modern Data Stack, ETL/ELT, data warehouses and data lakes, data science, GenAI, data apps
- Ability to communicate and present effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on proficiency in SQL and Spark
- Business-level English speaking, reading, and writing
