Job Summary
Collaborate with customers to understand business needs across retail and manufacturing verticals, identifying opportunities for AI to drive transformative value. Facilitate scoping workshops including process mapping, value calculations, and technical overviews of applications. Run narrative-driven and technical demonstrations of the end-to-end platform while shaping enterprise architecture considerations for proposals with technical personas. Create technical scoping documents outlining scope, delivery timelines, configurations, and plans. Research latest agentic AI technologies and best practices to provide recommendations for customer needs and position yourself as a thought leader. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, presenting commercial and technical information clearly. Provide critical voice-of-customer feedback and input into continuous product and GTM evolution. This role supports UiPath's mission to help retail and supply chain organizations reimagine work through automation, AI, and agentic applications.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of AI Solution Engineering experience into mid-market and enterprise businesses
- Experience within a data analytics, digital or SaaS business, or within the retail or manufacturing industries
- Experience working cross-functionally to take products to market and help shape sales strategy
- Experience facilitating discovery workshops and product demonstrations
- Experience facilitating and guiding customers through complex transformation and change management programs
- Working within retail and supply chain environments
- Ability to work in a fast and growing AI business
