Senior Solution Engineer - France (m/f/x)

Job Summary
Senior Solution Engineer for France responsible for owning the country’s enterprise opportunities, tailoring deep-dive demonstrations of the osapiens HUB to local market needs, managing end-to-end POCs, and coordinating with local Account Executives. You will translate regional challenges in supply chain resilience, reporting, carbon management, product compliance, asset operations, and track and trace into concrete solution scope and local regulatory alignment. You’ll conduct tailored demonstrations in-country, lead RFPs/RFIs and IT integration topics in the local language, own the competitive picture, represent the company at local events, and travel ~40–50% within the geography. Expect on-site engagement with customers and partners, collaboration with SI partners and advisory firms, and ongoing feedback to Product Management to tailor roadmap for your market. You are comfortable with complex enterprise deals, have strong technical fluency in REST APIs, SAP integrations, and cloud architectures, and can articulate ROI/TCO to CFOs in the market’s financial idiom. AI-assisted research and demo preparation are part of the role, and there is room for mentoring junior SEs and contributing to enablement content.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in solution engineering, presales, consulting (tech focused) or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS
- native or professional command of French and English (local language plus English)
- ability to own end-to-end enterprise deals, including POCs and security reviews
- experience with regulatory landscapes in Carbon Management, Product Compliance (incl. PPWR), Supply Chain Compliance (incl. EUDR), Reporting and Disclosures
- strong technical fluency: REST APIs, SAP, identity management (SSO), cloud architectures (AWS/Azure)
- ability to map regulatory or operational pain to ROI/TCO and deployment roadmaps
- existing professional network in the country
- comfort with travel ~40–50% within the region
- AI-driven workflows experience preferred
