Job Summary
Lead the engineering team's roadmap for feature development, technical improvements, and production support while coordinating release plans for all SRMx product customers. Collaborate with the Scrum Master to align ART objectives and business priorities, facilitating coordination among distributed teams in the Netherlands, Turkey, and India. Drive process improvement initiatives, track KPIs including defect rates and release success rates, and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and code quality. Synthesize data-driven insights for informed decision-making and foster team cohesion across the Revenue Management Engineering group.
Required Qualifications
- 7 or more years of experience in technology program management, technical analysis, or technical delivery roles
- Solid understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar scaled agile frameworks
- Hands-on experience in creating reporting dashboards and synthesizing insights
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Experience with cloud-based architectures
- Ability to collaborate effectively, build consensus, and work productively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and delivering clear updates
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in airline technology or revenue management systems
- Previous collaboration with distributed teams across multiple global locations
