Job Summary
As a CACI Senior Solution Developer, you will provide solution and proposal development support, ensuring CACI proposals are executable and favorably evaluated by Government customers within the DoD, IC, and IA marketplaces. Responsibilities include developing solutions that meet government needs, documenting solution artifacts, managing implementation of solution content during proposal processes, and ensuring the proposal documents reflect the approved solution. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with the federal government/DoD/IC/IA and/or federal contracting companies
- Successful experience supporting or participating in the solution development process for Federal contracts
- Must have a minimum of an Interim Secret security clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Federal solution development/architect experience in a government contracting environment for multi-teammate, solutions-based proposals ranging in value from $50M to $2B+
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Additional Requirements
- Must have a minimum of an Interim Secret security clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
