Job Summary
Senior Solution Developer responsible for integrating Acxiom and third-party software, designing and developing client solutions, and solving marketing/data product problems at scale. Role involves consulting, designing, developing, testing, configuring, implementing or tuning software to meet client requirements; performing root cause analysis and coding plans to resolve issues; reading and interpreting specifications to write code; developing automation for data products; estimating requirements to deliver solutions within time and quality standards; collaborating with stakeholders, conducting code reviews, and ensuring data integrity; modifying databases and addressing performance concerns; driving innovation and taking the lead on improvements. Required skills include Java, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, PL-SQL, C/C++, Shell scripting; Linux/Unix commands; Oracle or PostgreSQL or similar DBMS; web services/APIs; cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure); knowledge of GDPR/PII/privacy practices; and familiarity with Snowflake ETL tools, Hadoop/Spark, and data-sharing concepts. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years relevant IT experience
- Proven programming proficiency (Java, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, PL-SQL, C, C++, Shell Scripting)
- Experience with Linux/Unix, DBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar)
- Web services/APIs; cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
