Job Summary
Implement and maintain configuration solutions for SimCorp Dimension tailored to the US insurance industry, specifically supporting NAIC reporting requirements. Analyze new regulatory mandates, run impact assessments, and create test cases to verify reconciliation results. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, present enhancements during workshops, and maintain comprehensive solution documentation. Perform on-the-job training for clients while ensuring all configurations align with North American client needs.
Required Qualifications
- An academic degree in Mathematics/IT, Physics or similar
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding (knowing e.g. SQL and programming languages like Visual Basic)
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Outstanding analytical skills and an organized way of thinking alongside an initiative-driven perspective
- The skill to perform effectively whether collaborating with others or working solo
- A high drive and the ability to prioritize between multiple stakeholders in a changing global environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience working in a globally distributed organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension or any other investment management software
- Programming languages and software development experience
- Knowledge of financial instruments or the asset management business and processes
