Job Summary
Senior Solution Consultant specializing in Workforce Management and Payroll to support Sales at Workday. Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops; craft detailed design and implementation specifications for sophisticated HR/Payroll solutions; assist in closing sales by resolving questions about solutions, services, and training; support qualification of prospects, proof-of-concept builds, and RFx responses; collaborate with sales, marketing, technical teams and channels; travel up to approximately 50% and work in a flexible hybrid model combining in-office and remote work; candidate should be a subject-matter expert in payroll and workforce management with experience in HCM technology solutions and familiarity with Workday, Oracle, and SAP. The role emphasizes presenting to C-level HR leadership audiences, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to position AI-driven or embedded AI HR solutions; the company promotes inclusive hiring and offers a flexible work approach with a mix of in-person and remote activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Presales and/or Services Consulting or other technical roles
- 3+ years’ experience in HCM systems and/or processes
- Strong understanding of HR Management functional areas such as Core HCM, Time & Attendance, Rostering, Compensation, Payroll, Employee Engagement
- Exposure to SaaS HR solutions from Workday, Oracle and SAP would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI as applied to the HR domain and experience in positioning embedded or built-on-AI solutions to business and technology stakeholders
- Strong orientation towards articulating the value of AI-driven solutions
- Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects individually as well as working cross-functionally
- Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level and senior administrators
- 5+ years in a Solution Consulting, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
