Job Summary
Lead customer engagements to define business objectives and translate them into strategic planning solutions for supply chain optimization. Drive cross-functional collaboration to architect tailored solutions and own end-to-end product integration with clients' existing systems. Oversee rigorous testing and quality assurance while acting as a trusted advisor to guide customers in maximizing product value. Provide senior-level support for critical incidents and lead value-driven development initiatives. Mentor junior consultants to share expertise and raise overall team capability. Requires extensive experience in solution design, manufacturing operations, and SaaS/ERP implementations, with fluency in English and German.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields)
- Extensive professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems
- Deep expertise in manufacturing operations with a comprehensive understanding of planning and scheduling challenges at scale
- Advanced data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with SQL
- A strong track record of leading complex implementations, including testing, quality assurance, training, and user adoption
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-changing environment
- Fluency in English and German
