Job Summary
Senior Solution Consultant at DNA’s Network Solutions unit, working across Helsinki, Oulu, Turku, Tampere, or Lahti with the option to work remotely in hybrid arrangements. You will support sales as a network-architectural advisor, design LAN/WLAN solutions for enterprise environments, and consult on SDx/SASE architectures while contributing to security design, customer projects, and ongoing service development. You’ll produce tailored technical designs and bid/offer materials in collaboration with sellers and Bid Managers; support Business Case calculations and deal registrations; and drive automation, scalability, and improved security within existing solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise in enterprise networks, SDx solutions, and network security, plus experience in detailed-level network design (LLD), configuration, optimization, and real-world problem solving. Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as are excellent writing and documentation abilities. Knowledge of AI applications in networking is a plus, and proficiency in Finnish and English is required. Security clearance is a prerequisite for employment.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree (university or equivalent) or extensive work experience in the field
- Professional certifications preferred (e.g., Cisco CCNP/CCNA, Fortinet NSE6/7, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto Networks)
- Experience with revenue-bearing customer work in demanding enterprise environments
- Proven track record in sales-support and business development
- Strong experience in enterprise network architectures (LAN/WLAN), SDx solutions (SD-WAN, SSE), and network security (segmentation, NAC, Zero Trust)
- Experience in product-area design and implementation, and in proposal/bid processes
- Detailed technical knowledge for Network Solutions services (design, configuration, optimization, and quality/operability resolutions)
- Ability to work independently and customer-focused in demanding environments; strong communication and documentation skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Ability to obtain an approved security clearance
