Job Summary
Drive continuous improvement and modernization of work management tools and platforms aligned with business needs. Advise internal teams and stakeholders on solutions across the Atlassian and work management landscape, translating requirements into effective, user-friendly tool configurations. Provide active support for technical questions, issue handling, and system reviews while collaborating with external service providers to ensure quality and performance. Share expert knowledge through workshops and training sessions with internal and external stakeholders. This role operates within a team of experts focused on strategic modernization, utilizing strong Atlassian Cloud expertise and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in field of computer science
- Several years of experience in consulting, operating or developing work management tools
- Strong hands‐on knowledge of Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence, apps)
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, proactive and quality‐oriented way of working
- Very good command of English

- Experience with requirements management tools
- Experience in Python scripting and Rest API
