Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary
Design scalable commerce solutions for enterprise clients by translating business requirements into clear architectures and implementation plans. Support project delivery from discovery workshops through ongoing evolution, identifying technical risks and recommending practical solutions to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline goals. Act as a strategic advisor to clients and partners, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and systems integrators to deliver successful B2C and B2B projects. Communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences while contributing to architectural standards and team knowledge sharing. Attend the São Paulo office four days a week.
Required Qualifications
- experience designing and delivering complex digital, commerce, or enterprise technology solutions
- understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems
- experience working on implementation or delivery projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
- ability to connect business objectives with technical decisions and translate complexity into clear actions
- comfort working directly with enterprise clients and building relationships with technical and business stakeholders
