Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor by translating complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions for intelligent search, recommendations, and generative AI experiences. Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of Coveo's AI relevance platform across customer digital ecosystems. Collaborate with stakeholders from technical teams to executive leaders to align goals and standards, while guiding customers through governance, planning, and delivery using Agile methodologies. Manage requirements, maintain documentation, and partner with product and success teams to share feedback and improve future implementations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or similar client-facing technical roles
- Proven experience delivering software or cloud implementation projects in a professional services or consulting context
- Strong organizational skills and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business teams as well as executive stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud, AI and hosted solutions such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or commerce platforms
- Background in customer-facing consulting roles, with a strong advisor mindset
- Ability to write simple scripts in Python or similar programming languages
- Experience with Salesforce or commerce platforms, with certification considered a strong asset
