Job Summary
Define reference and target architectures for SAP-to-Azure integration, data, and AI patterns reusable across the client base. Lead the technical side of pre-sales by scoping proofs of value, estimating bids, and crafting the lighthouse entry offer to win engagements. Design the data route through SAP Business Data Cloud, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, while architecting the AI layer including agents, RAG, and domain-native AI on the SAP estate. Make build-vs-partner calls on connectors and platform components to balance Clean Core and portability against vendor lock-in. Collaborate with delivery engineers to convert winning designs into reusable IP and productized offers with clear scope and dates. Serve as a credible voice for client architects and sponsors, providing neutral, premium advisory on SAP–Microsoft decisions. This role shapes a new practice's architecture and commercial playbook within a Scandinavian SAP consulting firm targeting the Nordic install base.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in solution / integration / data architecture
- demonstrable project experience spanning both SAP and Microsoft Azure
- Strong command of the SAP side: S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP data (BW, CDS views, SAP Datasphere, Business Data Cloud), and integration patterns
- Strong command of the Microsoft side: Azure data services, Microsoft Fabric / OneLake, Databricks
- A track record in pre-sales or client-facing solution design: scoping, estimating, and winning work
- Fluent English
- confident leading executive and architect-level conversations
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on or design experience with Open Mirroring, SAP Business Data Cloud, or zero-copy / Delta Share between SAP and Fabric
- Experience architecting AI agents, RAG, or domain-native AI on enterprise / SAP data
- Familiarity with the EU regulatory frame (NIS2, DORA, CRA, AI Act) as it shapes architecture and procurement
- A point of view on the SAP→Fabric connector landscape and partner ecosystems
- A Nordic language or Polish alongside English
