Senior Solution Architect

Enterprise Content and Automation Solution Architect based in Amsterdam to translate policies into architectural solutions, create design options, ensure alignment with reference architectures and standards, and guide development squads. Responsibilities include refining detailed designs for implementation, contributing to global standards, building collaboration with business and technology stakeholders across the EC&A tribe, managing architecture backlog with clear Descriptions and timelines, participating in governance forums, documenting decisions and technical debt at the solution level, and guiding engineers through the approved architecture. The role requires working with stakeholders across multiple departments and countries and participating in workshops for decision making. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a solution architect or engineering lead in the Enterprise Content Management domain and experience in highly regulated environments. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
