Job Summary
Senior Solution Architect for Healthcare & Life Sciences at Talkdesk designing CXA and CCaaS solutions; lead scoping with sales and client teams to understand business requirements, architect end-to-end solutions including complex EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.), provide best-practice recommendations, and develop comprehensive Statements of Work that cover requirements, deliverables, schedules, tasks, and pricing. Partner with product, implementation, and sales to close gaps, improve SOWs, and place new features on the roadmap. Mentor junior architects and engineers, translate client needs to internal teams, and contribute to a data-driven, patient-centric approach in healthcare technology with emphasis on HIPAA/HITECH/CMS compliance and enterprise SaaS delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development with focus on AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment
- 3+ years in solution architecture, preferably pre-sales
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Cerner, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth)
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS guidelines)
- Proven track record designing software solutions for enterprise companies
- Experience in designing SaaS-based solutions and solution-based selling to CXOs and senior management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate client requirements to stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
- Salesforce and other CRM experience preferred
