Job Summary
Join a high-performing Civil Litigation team as a Senior Solicitor or Associate, supporting and progressing civil and commercial litigation matters. Draft pleadings, affidavits, and submissions, and appear in court based on experience. Collaborate closely with Partners and Special Counsel on complex matters. Key qualifications include 3–5 years' PQE in civil or commercial litigation, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality. An interest in construction or competition litigation is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ PQE in civil or commercial litigation
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Developing advocacy experience
- Good judgement and a willingness to learn
- Experience supporting or managing aspects of litigation matters
- High attention to detail
- A collaborative approach
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in construction or competition litigation (advantageous)
