Job Summary
Lead technical projects and manage backlogs for robotics software in medical devices, serving as a hands-on senior developer and team mentor within the Motion Control group. Drive architectural standards including API design, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices while collaborating on agile development cycles. Actively explore market trends such as AI integration in software environments. This role supports a stable team of eight engineers developing life-saving medical technology with a focus on high-quality, structured work in a flat-hierarchy culture.
Required Qualifications
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Erfahrung im Umfeld Medizintechnik
- Beherrschung der Programmiersprache C++
- Kenntnis der Prinzipien moderner Softwarearchitektur
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
- Führung von Projektteams
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
