Job Summary
Conduct the strategic development of technical and architectural themes for the msg.Insurance Suite, specifically focusing on cloud architecture and portfolio expansion. Design overarching technical target architectures, integrating AI into development processes, while collaborating closely with other IT architects. Advise internal and external clients on architectural questions within the cloud domain and guide complex customer projects from conception to implementation. Work with an experienced architecture team to develop viable solutions, manage complex technical coordination situations, and actively support presales and proposal phases through presentations and workshops. Present to senior-level stakeholders on the customer side, including steering committees.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Mathematik oder einer anderen Naturwissenschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ausgeprägte Praxiserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Software- und Integrationsprojekte sowie in der fachlichen und/oder disziplinarischen Führung
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Softwarearchitektur und im KI- und Cloud-Umfeld sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Softwarearchitekturen, Cloud- und Hyperscaler-Technologien und damit verbundener DevOps-Prozesse
- Sicheres Verständnis für Integrationsarchitekturen und den Betrieb höchst komplexer Unternehmensanwendungen (On-Premises und Cloud/SaaS)
- Fähigkeit und Freude daran, komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen, einzuordnen und fundiert zu beurteilen, auch vor dem Hintergrund sich schnell verändernder (technischer) Rahmenbedingungen
- gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
