Job Summary
Define testing strategies, objectives, and success criteria for functional, automation, and performance domains. Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and backend applications. Create and execute automated test suites, integrating execution into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with developers to identify scenarios and acceptance criteria while improving coverage and reducing manual efforts. Design and execute load, stress, and capacity tests to identify bottlenecks and analyze metrics for optimization recommendations. Validate system scalability and reliability under peak workloads, supporting production readiness reviews and performance tuning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering with a strong focus on automation and performance testing
- Strong experience designing automation frameworks and performance testing solutions
- Hands-on expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience working with cloud-native and microservices-based applications
- Selenium WebDriver
