Job Summary
Execute manual and automated test scripts, design test scenarios, and document cases to meet project objectives. Analyze test results, isolate bugs, and write clear reports to communicate discrepancies to developers. Prepare test data, matrices, and checklists while collaborating with product owners and development teams to resolve issues efficiently. Develop standards for product quality and release readiness, assist in creating automation tools, and monitor junior team members. Apply experience with Web-Based, API, and mobile testing applications to ensure timely problem resolution and future state architecture alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven testing experience not freelance
- Minimum 2 year Agile experience
- Helping in monitoring the performance of the juniors
- Very good experience of manual testing and test cases design
- Experience with Web-Based Testing Applications(Manual and automation)
- API Testing using Postman or a similar tool
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate and self-manage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid Understanding of QA Testing Environments
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of NFR e.g. Performance is a plus
- Mobile Testing using Appium is a plus
