Job Summary
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for web and mobile applications, performing functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing. Develop and maintain automated test cases using Selenium and Java, while conducting API testing with Postman within CI/CD pipelines. Manage defects throughout the software development lifecycle, prepare quality metrics documentation, and mentor team members to promote testing best practices. This onsite role in Luxembourg requires a minimum of five years of experience in software testing and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong experience designing and executing manual test strategies for complex web applications
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java for test automation
- Experience with Postman for API testing and validation
- Familiarity with Jira and Xray or similar test management tools
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships

Desired Qualifications
- Experience acting as a Test Lead or mentoring QA team members
- Experience with performance or load testing
- Knowledge of React- and Java-based applications
- Experience working in large-scale or public sector environments
- ISTQB or other relevant software testing certifications
