Job Summary
Provide support on all products, managing both pre and post-production issues for Fortune 500 clients globally. Troubleshoot customer problems while communicating directly with client software engineers and development teams. Refine and develop the support function by creating KPIs, metrics, and tracking systems to drive innovation. Build deep, trusting relationships with the customer base to deliver first-class service. This role involves a hybrid setup with three days remote and two days in-office, offering a salary up to €65,000 plus bonus and share options. The team fosters a warm, friendly culture where ideas are welcomed and direct recognition is provided for contributions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience within Application or Software support
- Understanding of Java and/or scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Know tools such as Jira or Confluence or similar
- Know how to use Zendesk or Hubspot or similar tools
- Experience with developing, improving & scaling support
- Understanding of how technology works at a level to allow productive conversations with engineers
- Strong documentation ability
- Handy with Excel or similar software
- Must be legal with a proper Visa or EU passport to work in Ireland
