Job Summary
Define test strategies for new features by determining manual versus automation coverage and conduct detailed cross-platform testing on macOS and Windows. Develop and manage test cases, scripts, and automated tests using the latest AI tools to create custom testing solutions. Write clear, reproducible bug reports with detailed steps, logs, and crash data, then verify fixes and perform regression testing before releases. Provide product feedback on quality and usability to contribute to release readiness decisions while collaborating with departments outside of Engineering. Work closely with customers both online and in person to capture feedback and diagnose issues.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere (or another non-linear editing platform)
- Familiarity with Adobe's video and audio tools
- Understanding of real-world editorial workflows and performance factors
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or TV/Film/Media, or, 3 years relevant practical experience in media or post production
