Job Summary
Design, execute, and report testing scenarios for the In-Car AI Virtual Assistant, focusing on functionality, performance, and user experience across mobile apps, cloud services, and embedded hardware. Conduct specialized validation for voice-driven products including Automatic Speech Recognition, Intent Recognition, and Multi-turn Conversations while identifying critical system bugs. Develop or propose Test Automation Frameworks for UI and API layers, perform backend validation, and track defects using Jira and Redmine. Compile quality reports, analyze defect trends, and support Over-the-Air update testing on physical vehicles. Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, AI/ML, and Engineering teams to ensure product stability before global release.
Required Qualifications
- Proven solid experience as a Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer within the software development sector
- Deep understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Deep understanding of agile testing methodologies
- Deep understanding of standard QA processes
- Advanced proficiency in test case design
- Advanced proficiency in defect tracking/lifecycle management
- Advanced proficiency in compiling professional quality metrics reports
- Outstanding logical thinking
- Sharp attention to detail
- High sense of ownership regarding product quality
- Professional working proficiency in English (capable of reading complex technical documents and participating in technical discussions)
