Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement high quality SRE applications and tools for Cisco SDWAN management layer. Create and execute test strategies, reporting results and metrics to ensure feature quality. Collaborate with team members to determine root cause of problems and resolve them. Maintain cloud-hosted development, staging, and production environments and their monitoring and alerting systems. Apply modern, best practices in your designs and implementations. Strong Python, Selenium/REST API testing, Django, and Linux-based systems experience. Familiarity with AWS GovCloud deployments, SD-WAN, PCI/ISO/SOC2/FedRAMP, and AI-based automation tools. The position is hybrid in Milpitas, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related
- 7+ years related experience in software development engineering in software engineering or software engineering in test
- 5+ years experience in Python Programming
- Experience in manual and automation testing using Python
- Experience in testing using Selenium or REST API or similar frameworks
- Experience in Django and/or Linux-based systems
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AWS GovCloud deployments, SD-WAN, PCI, ISO, SOC2, FedRAMP, AI-based automation tools
