Senior Software QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering and development with a strong focus on test automation
• Proficiency in writing end-to-end automated tests using frameworks such as Cypress
• Hands-on experience utilizing AWS Cloud Services or an equivalent enterprise cloud service provider
• Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and test result tracking tools like TestRail
• Experience with Cypress and Typescript, especially with the React framework
• Expertise in issue tracking and project management tools like JIRA
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and testing life cycle
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare or another heavily-regulated industry
• Experience working in a start-up environment
