Job Summary
Own release management and release records across environments while administering the Atlassian toolchain, including workflows, projects, and reporting. Run sprint coordination, backlog grooming support, and delivery tracking to maintain engineering documentation and knowledge management currency. Coordinate release readiness with QA, DevOps, and the Director of Technology, and report sprint and delivery metrics into the EOS scorecard rhythm. Manage release predictability, backlog hygiene, and ticket-quality metrics to ensure releases ship on plan. Lead documentation currency and cycle time tracking from ready-to-done. LiftNet, an independent division of Kings III of America, provides a cloud-based visibility platform for vertical transportation portfolios across enterprise, transit, healthcare, and government environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software project/program management or release management in a SaaS environment
- Deep Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) administration and workflow-design experience
- Strong release-coordination and product-operations discipline
- Excellent documentation and knowledge-management instincts
- Comfortable coordinating across engineering, QA, and DevOps
- Communicates bottom-line-first
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- PMP, or Agile/SCRUM credentials a plus
