Job Summary
Senior Software Project Manager to lead end-to-end software project delivery from initiation through deployment and support. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, QA, UX/UI, operations and external partners; identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; drive stakeholder communication; ensure projects meet quality standards, technical requirements, and business objectives; track KPIs and milestones; support release planning and post-launch evaluations; and continuously improve workflows. Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of software project management experience (ideally with hardware-software integration), strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC, and proficiency with Jira/Asana/Trello/Monday.com/Microsoft Project. PMP or Scrum Master certifications are preferred. Hybrid schedule in Orange, CA with an upcoming move to a new office in Tustin, CA in mid-2028.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing software development projects – ideally projects that integrate software and hardware
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies
- Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project
- Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and software delivery best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications preferred
