Job Summary
Own the product lifecycle for the internal-facing HyperSpace experience, from early idea to shipped, adopted feature. Collaborate with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to define problems, solutions, and delivery plans, turning ambiguity into sequenced plans with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria. Meet with internal users constantly to translate workflow pain into prioritized work, while managing the roadmap to balance near-term wins against longer-term bets. Define success metrics to measure outcomes and act on data to guide future enhancements. Help build the product function by establishing rituals, prioritization frameworks, and decision-making processes, proactively spotting risks and edge cases before they become issues.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping software products
- Experience building 0-to-1 or early-stage products where product processes were established alongside the product itself
- Demonstrated track record of taking ideas from concept through launch and adoption
- Strong product judgment with the ability to prioritize effectively and make difficult trade-off decisions
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience defining product metrics and using data to guide decision-making
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems proactively
- Onsite in Richmond, VA preferred
- Will also consider remote candidates based on location and business needs
- Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
